Countries at the Crossroads 2007


In conjunction with the release of the 2007 edition of its annual survey of democratic governance, Countries at the Crossroads, Freedom House is making available several tools to help illuminate the survey’s findings. Detailed tables and charts present provide a comparative assessment of governance in a set of strategically important countries around the globe. This data helps clarify the differences in the quality of governance within and between regions of the world. In addition, the reports and other written material provide context for the scores and offer comprehensive analysis of the state of governance in this year’s set of countries.
