Through technical assistance and direct financial support, Freedom House is working to strengthen the capacity of the network of human rights organizations in Central Africa. Assistance is aimed at helping to create more effective and efficient organizational structures, ensuring systematic monitoring of human rights abuses, formulating protection strategies, and initiating joint advocacy campaigns on restraints to freedom of association as human rights defenders.
