The Africa Institute empowers young professionals in government and civil society to lead with integrity and provides on-going support for their initiatives to catalyze reform in their home institutions and communities. Initiatives have included the creation of Zimbabwe’s first human rights policy think tank, a reinvigorated youth coalition in Swaziland, and Zambia’s highest rated and most listened radio program that focuses on current affairs and politics.
