Search Help

To enter search criteria, just type a few words in the box and either press the Enter key or click Go. This will find the pages that have all of the words you entered.

To search for pages that have a phrase, surround the phrase with double quotes:

 "my phrase".

To search for pages that have words that begin the same, enter the first part of the word and follow it with an asterisk. For example

demo*

would find pages with the words demonstration, democratic, demon, etc. This is useful if you don't know the exact spelling or you want to find the different forms of a word.

The above may be combined:

abde* "human rights"

finds pages with the words that start with abde, for example Abdelaziz or Abdelmajid, and the phrase "human rights".

Note that if the search terms are all the same case, search is case-insensitive.

If a search term is mixed-case, the search is case-sensitive.

For example, the search terms bush and BUSH would find both bush (a shrub) and Bush (a person's name). Using Bush as a search term would only find Bush.
