Scott Siff is the Executive Vice President of Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates. Before Penn, Schoen, he worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, first as a prosecutor and later as counsel in the Environment Division, where he handled a range of litigation and policy matters involving complex domestic and international issues.
