Jennifer Koliba serves as Freedom House’s Senior Advisor for Compliance, based in Washington, D.C. She has over 13 years’ experience in grants management and global operations of democracy and governance programs. Her expertise includes development of financial management systems, auditing and procurement. Jennifer has worked extensively in international field offices training staff in financial and administrative systems.
Jennifer joined Freedom House in 1998. Served as Director of Finance at Freedom House between 2001- 2010 assisting management in long-range financial planning as well as developing and managing an organizational budget. She has worked in the accounting for over 20 years and has a Bachelors in Business Administration.
