Kathryn Dickey Karol is the Vice President of Global Corporate Affairs of Amgen, Inc. Prior to joining Amgen, Ms. Karol served as Assistant Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company. She has also worked for the International Republican Institute and has held various positions in the U.S. government agencies of Treasury and the Central Intelligence Agency.
