Jennifer Windsor is the Associate Dean of the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of Freedom House. Ms. Windsor previously served as the Deputy Assistant Administrator and Director of the Center for Democracy and Governance at USAID. Prior to joining USAID, Ms. Windsor worked on Capitol Hill on foreign policy issues with Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan and Congressman Ted Weiss.
